DISC Assessments

Through the Institute of Motivational Living and John Maxwell Team, I offer a number of DISC Profile Assessment add-ons based on human behaviour, that when paired with the DISC Test and resulting DISC Profile reports can give a truly three-dimensional view of a person. These include individual workplace thinking style and application to group efficiency workplace values and how these influence human behaviour and decision making, perceptual styles of how one best receives information, and cognitive styles of how one best processes information.

He holds certificates in Humanitarian Diplomacy, Behavioral Psychology, and is a Certified Behavioral Consultant with the Institute of Motivational Living and John Maxwell Group. He is a certified Corporate Trainer with the Management and Strategy Institute.
Dr. Gilbert is married and is the father of two sons.
